b. Team members use the Internet to interact
c. Team Leader (care manager) to submit monthly performance evaluation report
Source of funding:
a. Initial fund US$1M (founder donated US$250,000 per year)

c Services fee : free for low-income families, 25% of expenses for middle-income families , 50% of expenses for above middle-income families
